Perform assigned production support activities to meet customer expectation with respect to service, timeliness, quality and cost. Interact with multiple departments to align production support activities with production schedule.

• Clean and distribute equipment, materials, and supplies for Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) production.
• General operation of laboratory equipment will include cGMP glassware washer, dry heat depyrogenization oven and autoclave
• Prepare sanitizers (cleaning solutions); cleaning and sanitization of production suites
• Launder and distribute production garments
• Assist with validation and qualification procedures for cGMP equipment and systems
• Assist with reviewing and revising Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
• Completes and maintains documentation in line with departmental and regulatory requirements
• Anticipates/recognizes potential safety issues associated with procedures and equipment. Initiates action to solve or prevent problems
• This role requires the individual to work an alternating shift schedule which includes weekends every other week
Basic Requirements:
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office ( MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) and have the ability to quickly learn new applications
• Working knowledge of weights and volume measurement systems
Preferred skills or expertise:
• 2 or more years previous experience in a laboratory or cGMP manufacturing environment
• Prior experience with qualification and validation of cGMP equipment or systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and deliver tasks & projects with a sense of urgency under minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a multi discipline environment

Starting at $12 per hour based on experience.

Kraft Foods is looking for a merchandiser in the Wolf Point Montana area to work  2 to 4 hours per week, servicing the Wolf Point Albertsons Store.  Must be 18+, have High School Diploma or GED, clean driving record, dependable transportation and automobile liability insurance.  If selected, candidate must pass background check and drug screening.  This role is designed to maximize sales and customer service through effective planning, and in-store servicing. A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals while providing outstanding customer service. The extent to which customer service is provided to retailers is visibly evident when shelves and displays are fully stocked rotated and departments reflect accurate price tags / POS. This role will be responsible for maintaining a timely and accurate call schedule. The SSR will be the primary Kraft employee responsible for customer service at each store for the timeframe in which he/she is assigned. Further, this role will be responsible for identifying and communicating individual store problems and opportunities to the appropriate Kraft Sales personnel.
  Job Responsibilities Include:
1. Establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals. 2. Enhance customer relations by determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service. 3. Build displays and maintain retailer's departments and displays in a fully stocked and rotated condition. 4. Remove all unsaleable merchandise from the retailer's selling area 5. Be the primary Kraft contact for each store as assigned. 6. Develop and maintain and accurate and efficient work schedule. 7. If assigned-Maintain and update KRS Computer equipment 8. Resets-If assigned to this responsibility, accurately reset category to the established plan-o-gram. 9. Resolve space issues to the benefit of the retailer and the category.
