JOB DESCRIPTION
Route Driver Position -
Make deliveries to all customers accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner
Distribute invoices and collect remittances in accordance with terms assigned by the Company
Keep route books up-to-date such that directions and billings are accurate
Keep truck neat, clean and fueled
Check oil, refrigeration unit, radiator and battery every day
Maintain a good driving record
Collect empty cases
Turn in all payments on a daily basis
Put forth a positive image of the Company through attitude, appearance, and performance
Wear uniform Company provides at all times
Perform related duties as required
Maintain Product Inventory Control and order product as needed.
Provide courteous, efficient service
Must be able to operate two wheel hand truck with 5-6 cases.
Ability to work with minimal supervison.
This position is open in our Kalispell, MT location.

Must have a valid MT Class A Commercial Driver’s License
DOT Medical Card
Must have minimum 1 year driving experience, preferably in the food and beverages industry, other driver experience will be considered.

Position Purpose:
To represent Phone Directories Company in a professional manner and growing revenue from previous year.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Initiating contacts to designated businesses for selling and servicing of directory advertising. Explaining the value of directory advertising to new/existing customers in order to sell new advertising programs, protecting and increasing existing advertising and minimizing decreases and cancellations.
Making premise calls to designated business accounts to obtain pertinent information about the customer's business, potential markets, problems faced in doing business and present advertising objectives and results.
Able to work on multiple canvasses simultaneously when requested, due to business needs-must be willing to travel
Handling customer complaints and taking responsibility for problem resolution to customers’ satisfaction
Able to handle a high volume of detailed paper work i.e. advertising contracts, credit applications, advertising copy sheets and customer letters.
Handling a heavy schedule of sales contacts and perform work to meet workflow deadlines and company goals/quotas.
Applying training as instructed, following the company functional selling plan, and following standard practices in the performance of the job.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $18,000.00 Annual
Commission: 20% New/Increased Business and 4% for Renewals
If you meet your quota for the month we will go back and pay you 25% for New/Increased and 5% for renewals
$200 per month car allowance
401K is offered to you the month following your start date – includes company match

Full Benefits package is offered following 90 days
